The short version: be on time, tell me early, come prepared.
Booking and deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The deposit comes off your final balance and is charged at the studio when you arrive, unless arranged otherwise. Your slot is not held until the booking is confirmed by email.
The remaining balance is payable on the day, by card or cash.
Rescheduling and cancellations
- 48 hours or more notice: your deposit moves to a new date, once.
- Less than 48 hours: the deposit is lost and a new one is needed to rebook.
- No-show: the deposit is lost and future bookings require payment in full up front.
I understand that life happens. If something genuinely unavoidable comes up, message me — this is applied with common sense, but it is applied.
Lateness
Please arrive on time. If you're more than 15 minutes late I may not be able to complete the treatment properly, and the appointment will be treated as a cancellation. There is no gap in the day to absorb it — the next client is booked.
Patch tests
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first treatment with me, and before any saline removal. It takes five minutes. Without it the appointment cannot go ahead.
Results
Permanent makeup is a two-step process. The first session lays the foundation and the perfecting session at 6–8 weeks completes it. Nobody's result is finished after one appointment, and how your skin heals — how oily it is, how quickly it regenerates, how much sun it sees — affects the outcome in ways that can't be fully predicted.
The included perfecting session covers normal healed variation. Further sessions beyond that are charged as a colour boost.
Who I can't treat
I can't work on you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy, or have an active skin condition on the area. If you are diabetic, take blood thinners, or have a history of keloid scarring, please tell me before booking so we can talk it through.
Photography
I photograph work before, immediately after, and healed, for my own records. Nothing is posted publicly without your explicit permission, and you can decline entirely without it affecting your appointment.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with anything, tell me directly and quickly. Almost everything can be adjusted at the perfecting session.
