Shading and highlight are used to suggest the dimension of an areola and nipple on flat skin, finishing what reconstruction starts. It is quiet, careful, unhurried work and it matters enormously to the people who need it — which is exactly why I am completing specialist training before offering it rather than adding it to the menu today.
